Question by rainbowfairy41: how do i go about selling items to shops on sale or return?
I have produced some items that would sell for around £15 – £20, and
want to approach suitable shops with a view to them selling my products.
If they choose sale or return, or if they buy a quantity in one go, how
much would they expect to pay me? Also, should I go for a direct
approach, or send information first. Thankyou.

Contact store owners in case of individual shops, store managers or
merchandising managers in case of multiple store or chain of shops and
commercial/purchase departments in case of big conglomerates. Each one
will have different merchandising and buying policies.

Whether you’re looking for commercial properties, investment properties, wholesale properties, or simply a place to hang your hat and call home, be sure that you do not invest a single penny in the real estate market until you read this article. Find out how to become a real estate buyer before you put your money down.

Set goals for what you want to do and determine what it is going to cost. The only way to save for a house is to acknowledge that you want a house and figure out what you need to put away to be able to achieve the goal. Goals translate into action when you set your mind to it.

When searching for a home, test the toilets by flushing them. Although this may seem trivial to most people, you do not want to purchase a home that has any kind of plumbing problems. Also, check out the faucets and shower to make sure there are not problems with them either.

Know your finances before you start looking. By having an idea of how much you can offer for a down payment and talking to a bank to see how much you can get pre-approved for a loan, you will know what types of houses you will be able to look at.

If you plan or hope to have children in the future, research the area of the home you’re interested in buying. Look for highly rated schools, but low crime rates. Moving out may not be easy by the time you do have children.

Some people say that any house can become a home, but it’s probably a safe bet that they’d retract that statement if they seen all the bad deals people are making today. Make sure your property is a solid lifelong investment, by using the tips in this article to make the best decision.
